With Simple Inventory, you receive instant visibility into your stock levels, so you can make timely decisions without the stress.

  • Incoming Stock: Know exactly what’s on the way by tracking quantities associated with purchase orders that haven’t yet arrived.

  • Actual Stock: Get a clear picture of the stock currently available at your location, ensuring you always know what you have in hand.

  • Reserved Stock: Understand how much of your inventory is reserved for existing sales orders, allowing you to manage orders more effectively.

  • Available Stock: See at a glance how much stock you can allocate to new sales after accounting for reservations.

Tracking Changes to Stock Levels Over Time

The Simple Inventory feature also shows how your stock levels change over time. Whenever there’s an update, whether imported from external sources or manually edited, these changes are recorded on each product. This clear view of stock changes helps you manage your inventory more effectively.

How to use it?

Requirements

  • You will need to install an OrderEazi App Integration that supports importing Stock Levels.

Once you have installed and setup your OrderEazi App Integration of choice, navigate to the Products > Inventory page from the Navigation Menu.

Here, you will be able to see an overview of all of your stock being managed by an external WMS.

Easily view the history of a Product's stock level history by selecting the three-dot menu (highlighted in the image).

Should you wish to make a manual change to the reported quantity, you can select the Edit button. Here, you can insert the Actual Quantity that you have in your Warehouse, along with a Reason for the stock change.

You will then see the change reflected in the Stock History.
