Product type: Enter in on of the three product type options Product/Service/Courier

Product - A tangible item that is manufactured, produced, or created for sale and consumption in the market. These products are typically physical objects that consumers can touch, see, and use for various purposes. Goods products can vary widely in complexity, size, and type, and they encompass a vast range of items that cater to different needs and preferences.

Service - An intangible offering provided by individuals, organizations, or businesses to fulfill specific needs or requirements of their customers. Unlike physical goods, services are not tangible and cannot be held or touched; instead, they are actions, tasks, or activities that provide value or solve problems for the recipient.

Courier – A service product that specializes in the efficient and timely delivery of packages, documents, and other items from one location to another. Couriers are responsible for transporting these items securely and often offer various delivery options to meet the needs of their customers.

Product Code/SKU - A unique alphanumeric code or identifier assigned to a specific product within a company's inventory or stock management system. IsActive – The user will enter in either β€œtrue” or β€œfalse”. This will decide whether this product will be able to be added to projects. You can add the product as false if your do not have all the product information but want to get it added for an update later. Adding a product as True will mean that sales reps and other users will be able to add it to their projects. Description – This is a description of the product that will appear on the product and quotes that get sent out by Order Eazi.

BaseCode – This is a code that connect products together. For example, if we have a T-shirt that comes in different sizes, the basecode is what will let the system know that these products are connected. If it is just a single product, you can use the Productcode as the base code. Category – You can either choose a category from the Category_Lookup tab at the bottom, just copy and then paste. If the category you are looking for is not there you can enter in a new category, and it will get created during the import. Brand – You can either choose a category from the Brand_Lookup tab at the bottom, just copy and then paste. If the category you are looking for is not there you can enter in a new brand, and it will get created during the import.

Size – Enter in the Size of the product if the product comes in different sizes. Colour – Enter in the Colour of the product if the product comes in different colours. Length – Enter in the Length of the product packaged in CM’s. Width - Enter in the width of product packaged in CM’s. Height - Enter in the height of product packaged in CM’s. Weight – Enter in the weight of the product packaged in KG’s. WeightUnitOfMeasure – This will always be KG unless you have no entered in a weight, in which case you can leave this blank. DefaultSelling – Please enter in the selling price of the product Excluding VAT. DefaultCost – Please enter in the cost price of the product Excluding VAT. SupplierName – This is the name of the supplier that the product is coming from. If this is an original product then there is no need for the supplier name. If the Product is from a third-party supplier and you have a feed with them, you will want to enter in the name. Preferred Supplier – You just need to answer true or false on whether you would like to use this supplier for stock and pricing.

SupplierCode – This is the product code or SKU that the supplier uses for this product.

StockCheckCode – You may need to enter a stock code provided by the supplier if you want to have stock updates on the products. Some suppliers use a specific code, while others will use the product code/SKU.
