Statements
Statements are only available if your OrderEazi instance is linked to the SageOne or Xero financial system.
General
In OrderEazi you can generate statements from the real financial data captured in your financial system. This will show all the debits, payments, and credits to the selected customer's account captured in your financial system.
You can generate a downloadable PDF document to share with your client if you wish.
It is important to note that the information contained in the statement consists only of data stored in your financial system.
You have to select from and to dates to retrieve the data from the financial system. By default, the values will be set to the current month.
You may see more options depending on the financial system you are connected to. The example above will be shown if you are linked to Xero.
Preview Statement
You can preview a statement by selecting or setting the options and clicking on the Preview Statement button. The statement will be generated and displayed in PDF format in your browser.
Download Statement
You can also download statements by selecting or setting the options and clicking on the Download Statement button. The statement will be generated in PDF format and downloaded automatically to your browser.
