Groups

Grouping users into groups that define their specific functionalities, limitations, and interactions within the OrderEazi ecosystem.

Creating a New Group

  1. Navigate to Settings → Manage Users → Groups.

  2. Click the Create button located in the top-right corner.

  3. A dialog will appear prompting you to enter a Group Name.

  4. After submitting, you will be redirected to the Edit Group page.

  5. On this page, you can:

    • Assign users to the group

    • Enable or disable the group

  6. Click Save (bottom-right corner) to apply the changes.


Viewing a User’s Group Associations

  1. Navigate to Settings → Manage Users → Users.

  2. In the user list, locate the Group column.

  3. If the user is linked to one or more groups, the group name(s) will be displayed.

  4. Clicking the displayed group text opens a dialog showing:

    • All groups the user is associated with

    • The status (enabled/disabled) of each group
