🧩 What are Quote Reject Reasons?
When a reviewer rejects a quote, they're prompted to select one or more reasons explaining why. These reasons are managed centrally in the Data Management screen, giving you full control over what options are available.
Each reject reason is a simple text entry. You can add as many as your business needs, and update or remove them at any time.

⚙️ How Quote Reject Reasons Work
Managing Reject Reasons
Quote Reject Reasons are managed under Settings > Data Management > Quote Reject Reasons.
From this screen you can:
Add a new reject reason by clicking the "Add Reject Reason" button
Edit an existing reject reason from the dropdown menu on each row
Delete a reject reason you no longer need (with confirmation)
The list is searchable and paginated, making it easy to manage even with a large number of reasons.
Using Reject Reasons During Quote Review
When a reviewer rejects a quote, the system presents the full list of configured reject reasons as selectable options. The reviewer selects all applicable reasons, and they're recorded against the quote.
An "Other" option is always available at the end of the list, regardless of what you configure in Data Management. This allows reviewers to provide a custom reason when none of the predefined options apply.
The "Other" option is built into the system and does not appear in the Data Management screen. It's always available during quote review.
