New Features

Multi-Location Stock Management

Track stock across multiple warehouses, showrooms and holding points, with actual, reserved and available quantities shown per location.

Locations Tab

Inventory now has a dedicated Locations tab where you can create and manage your own stock-holding locations alongside those fed in automatically.

Products Across Locations

See every location holding a given product, add a product to a location, and nominate one location as that product's default source.

Automatic Stock Movements

Sales orders now reserve stock at the chosen location, invoices move it out, and supplier invoices bring it in - each with a full audit trail.

Customisable Win Probability Options

Win probability options are no longer fixed. Manage your own list from Data Management, setting the display name and colour for each.

Increase Stock on Credit Note

A new document setting controls whether a credit note returns stock to inventory. It is off by default, so nothing changes unless you turn it on.

Enhancements

Default Location Pre-Selected on Lines

When you add a line to a sales order or invoice, its default location is selected for you. You can still change it whenever you need to.

Filter Products by Brand

Brand has been added to the advanced product filters, making it quicker to narrow long catalogues down to what you are looking for.

Bug Fixes

Supplier Feed Branding Tiers

A supplier feed now imports every branding variant with its own pricing, instead of only bringing in the first one it found.

GRV Restricted to Enterprise

The Goods Received Voucher document type is no longer offered in the workflow editor on licences that do not include it.

Cancel Orders by Customer Reference

The order cancellation endpoint now falls back to the customer order reference when no project number is supplied, instead of reporting the order as missing.
