πŸ”„ Create Replenishment Project

Enterprise users can turn reorder recommendations from the Stock Reorder Report directly into a replenishment project, without leaving the report.

This feature requires the Products: Stock Reorder - Create Project permission in addition to the Stock Reorder Report permission. It is available on Enterprise licences only.

🧾 What is a Replenishment Project?

A replenishment project is a standard project created specifically to capture an internal stock replenishment request. It works the same as other projects in OrderEazi, but is initiated from the reorder report rather than through the usual sales workflow.

Replenishment projects use an internal client record and are linked to a workflow you select at the time of creation.

βš™οΈ How It Works

From the SKU Summary view, select one or more product rows using the row checkboxes. When rows are selected, a "Create Project" button becomes available.

Clicking it opens a review modal showing all selected items. From the modal, you can:

  • Adjust the quantity for each item (defaults to the recommended order quantity)

  • Change the supplier per item (defaults to the product's default supplier)

  • Select a workflow to assign to the new project (required before submitting)

All selected items are created as lines on a single project, regardless of how many different suppliers are involved. On successful creation, you're redirected directly to the new project.

πŸ“ Project Details

When a replenishment project is created, the following happens automatically:

  • The project deadline is set to today plus the longest lead time across all selected items

  • Each project line includes the product, quantity, supplier, unit cost, and warehouse

  • The project is assigned to the selected workflow

  • The project type is set to Stock Replenishment

πŸ’‘ Why Use Create Replenishment Project?

This feature is particularly useful for:

  • Converting your reorder recommendations into actionable projects in one step

  • Keeping your replenishment activity tracked alongside your sales projects

  • Ensuring the right workflow is applied to stock replenishment from the start

  • Avoiding manual re-entry of product, quantity, and supplier data that's already in the report

βœ… Summary

Create Replenishment Project lets you:

  • Select any number of SKUs from the Stock Reorder Report

  • Review and adjust quantities and suppliers before submitting

  • Create a single project containing all selected items in one action

  • Navigate directly to the new project to continue processing

This bridges the gap between identifying what to order and acting on it.
